Install on Webflow
Paste the snippet at the top of Head Code in Site Settings, then publish to the custom domain.
Add the script
Copy the Header snippet from Banner Setup → Installation. If the project already loads GTM from Head Code, use the GTM guide instead.

In Webflow, open Site Settings → Custom Code.
Step 2. Paste at the top of Head Code
Put the SiteTrust snippet first in the Head Code box, before GTM, Analytics, pixels, and chat.
Step 3. Publish to the real domain
Custom Code applies after you Publish. The Designer canvas can hide or delay scripts. Test https://your-domain.com, not only the .webflow.io staging URL if that is not the certified domain.
Page-level custom code
Do not add a second copy of consent-widget.js on a single landing page. One site-wide Head Code entry is enough. Extra copies can double-fire Consent Mode.
After you publish
- Open the live URL in an Incognito window, not only the editor preview.
- Confirm the banner appears before any click.
- Accept once and Decline once in separate clean sessions.
- Follow Test default, accept, and decline.
- Run Site Audit in the Client Trust Center.
