Site Audit in the dashboard
Site Audit is how a plan holder records Run A, B, and C on the live site. Use it after every consent or tracker change.
Where to run it
Sign in to the Client Trust Center and open Site Audit for the domain. Start the run only on the published URL that visitors use. Staging hosts are a different site unless they are listed on the certificate.
What you should see
- Run A completes with CMP name SiteTrust Consent when the widget is installed.
- Blocked trackers listed as detected-but-blocked, not as an empty site.
- Run B after Accept, Run C after Decline.
- A stored report you can reopen from audit history.
After a FAIL
- Read which tags fired and at what offset.
- Move or gate those tags. Do not only restyle the banner.
- Confirm default / accept / decline in your own browser.
- Rerun A, B, and C together so the badge sees a fresh nearby set.
After a PASS
Keep the report. Publish or update AI Policy, Privacy, and Terms if those checks are still open. Then the live badge can turn badge_visible on. See When the badge displays.
How often to rerun
Rerun after any GTM publish, theme change, new chat widget, new pixel, or new embed. A banner that passed in March does not defend a pixel added in August.
